BADM 480 Seminar in Human Resource Issues

Introduces concepts involved in the most current research in the human resources field, including strategic management, workforce planning and employment, human resource development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations and occupational safety and health. Prerequisites: BADM 336 - Management and Leadership. Business Administration majors must complete all Pre-Major courses with a "C" or better.
