BADM 436 Staffing and Workforce Diversity

Introduces students to the principles and strategies of staffing in today's diverse workplace. Topics include: workforce diversity, human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection, and performance assessment. Prerequisite: BADM 336 - Management and Leadership. Business Administration majors must complete all pre-major courses with a "C" or better.
