MATH 103 College Algebra (Effective Fall 2025)

Relations and functions, equations and inequalities, complex numbers, polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions and systems of equations. This is a first course in college level mathematics for students who have completed two years of high school algebra or the equivalent. Prerequisite: Qualifying placement score. If placement score qualifies for ASC 93, then ASC 93 must be taken as a co-requisite the same semester as MATH 103. Fall, Spring.
