BIOL 330 Cell Biology
The description and analysis of physical and biochemical processes at the cellular and molecular level of the living animal, plant, and microbial cell. Lab portion is designed to reinforce the lecture material with examples of cellular anatomy. The lab will provide additional training in microscopy and sample preparation. Prerequisites: BIOL 302 Microbiology or BIOL 305 General Microbiology, and BIOL 315 Genetics, and ENGL 120 - College Composition II or ENGL 121H - Honors Composition II. This course is part of the university's Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program. Fall, even years.
