EMS 271 Paramedic Clinical 1

This clinical course provides the first phase of supervised paramedic clinical experience. Students apply foundational knowledge and psychomotor skills in real patient care environments under the guidance of approved preceptors. This course focuses on developing fundamental patient assessment skills, communication, documentation, and basic clinical decision making across various clinical settings. Experiences may include EMS units, emergency departments, urgent care, specialty clinics, or other approved clinical locations.
