AI 425 Data Science with Generative AI

This course covers data science techniques enhanced by generative artificial intelligence (AI). Students will learn to collect, clean, and analyze data using Python and relevant libraries, while leveraging generative models such as GANs and transformers to create synthetic data and improve predictive performance. The course covers machine learning, data visualization, and natural language processing (NLP), with practical applications in text generation, data augmentation, and automated insights. Students will also explore ethical considerations, model evaluation, and best practices for deploying AI-driven data solutions. Through hands-on projects and real-world datasets, students will develop the skills to integrate generative AI into data science workflows.
