NURS 325 Psychosocial and Mental Health Concepts
Psychosocial and Mental Health Concepts (3 credits lecture) focuses on the principles and practice of psychosocial and mental health nursing across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on understanding the complex interplay between biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual factors that influence mental health and well-being. Students explore common mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the nurse’s role in promoting emotional wellness and recovery.
