NURS 398A Advanced Fundamentals & Psychosocial Clinical

NURS 398A is a 2-credit clinical course, in conjunction with NURS 315 and NURS 325, where students apply nursing knowledge in their learning experiences to provide care to adult clients experiencing common chronic health conditions. Students learn to apply the nursing process, prioritize care, and develop clinical reasoning skills in a variety of healthcare settings. Clinical rotations are concentrated in wellness, extended care, psychosocial specialty, and simulation settings.
