NURS 498B Leadership & Capstone Clinical

NURS 498B is a clinical course, in conjunction with NURS 425 and NURS 426, where students are immersed in a clinical setting demonstrating the role of the RN in preparation for transitioning to practice. This course focuses on the application of concepts that are central to nursing at a professional level and includes clinical learning activities that incorporate leadership behaviors and demonstrate each of the EPSLO’s. Students provide care for individuals and families in a selected setting. Using clinical judgment, students focus on safe and effective care
