BADM 380 Human Resource Law

Introduces concepts involved in personnel law. This course aims to help the student with practices and procedures that assure that the organization complies with federal, state and city statutes and regulations. Prerequisite: BADM 336 - Management and Leadership. Business Administration majors must complete all Pre-Major courses with a "C" or better.
