HPER 501 Coaching Administration & Leadership

This course provides the students with an understanding in the important principles, concepts, research, and theories of managing a sport organization. Students will develop the ability to apply the management principles to interscholastic and intercollegiate, human resources, strategic planning, sport culture, event management, and leadership as it relates to sport.
