MUSC 422 Musical Form & Analysis

Analysis of the principal forms of music. Embraces various schools and representative composers. Prerequisites: MUSC 222 - Music Theory and Analysis III, MUSC 326 - Music History and Literature I and ENGL 120 - College Composition II or ENGL 121H - Honors Composition II. This course is part of the university's Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program. Spring, alternate years.
