GEOG 454 Conservation
Conservation will explore geographic and historical concepts applied to the management and utilization of natural resources, including vegetation, wildlife, minerals, fossil fuels, air, water, light, and more. Emphasis is on social, political, economic, scientific, and ethical issues of human interaction with the environment. Prerequisite: ENGL 120 - College Composition II or ENGL 121H - Honors Composition II. This course is part of the university's Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program.
