NURS 321 Health Assessment

This course focuses on assessment strategies and therapeutic communication essential to gathering patient histories and performing comprehensive physical examinations on adults. Acquired knowledge and skills facilitate a systematic approach for collecting data, differentiating normal and abnormal findings and making inferences to guide the provision of care. Prerequisites: Admission to the BSN Completion Program or LPN/RN licensure. Co-requisites: NURS 398A - Health Assessment Clinical. Fall.
