ENTR 503 Strategic Management and Policy

An examination of key issues in formulating and implementing business and corporate strategies. The course will address the orientation of top management. Emphasis is placed on diagnosis of what is critical in complex business situations as well as realistic solutions to strategies and organizational problems. Students should take this course within the final two semesters of the program. Students will complete the outbound exam for the ME program as part of the course. Graduate level course.
