UNIV 288 Resident Assistant (RA) Training

Students who are interested in becoming Resident Assistants (RAs) are required to enroll in this class, which teaches them how to be effective resident assistants. Emphasis is on student development theory as it applies to the residential setting, as well as program planning and assessment. It is important to note that taking this class does NOT guarantee students a position as an RA. This course will bring a focus to a student's leadership qualities and goals, as it pertains to the RA position and beyond. Spring.
