CSCI 185 Linux Operating Systems and Shell Programming
This course introduces students to the Linux Operating System. Students will become familiar with basic Linux commands entered through the BASH shell for file system management, editing, printing, shell programming, and process control as well as basic network administration and maintenance. Students will also learn how to use Linux graphical user interfaces and applications. Prerequisite: CSCI 160 - Computer Science I. Fall, odd years.
