Changing Majors or Advisors
A student may, at any time, change his/her major and/or academic advisor. Students will need to complete a Change of Major/Advisor Form which requires the signature of both the new and former advisors. Please submit the completed Change of Major/Advisor Form to the Office of Academic Records.
