MUSC 224 Music Theory and Analysis IV

This course is a continuation of MUSC 222 - Music Theory and Analysis III. It teaches the history of musical technique advanced harmony in the application of music theory to the keyboard.  Students will study 20th century and contemporary compositional theories and analysis. This course is the fourth in a four-semester sequence. Pre-requisite: MUSC 222 - Music Theory and Analysis III. Co-requisite: MUSC 225 - Kodaly, Solfege and Ear Training IV. Spring.
