BADM 452 Compensation Management

Provides a theoretical and practical understanding of the role of compensation management in organizations. Topics include: job evaluation, incentive systems, performance appraisals, employee benefits, and compensation legislation. Prerequisites: BADM 336 - Management and Leadership. Business Administration majors must complete all Pre-Major courses with a "C" or better.
