BADM 336 Management and Leadership

Introduces the student to the field of management and organizational theory. Topics include: leadership, motivation, planning, teamwork, and objective setting. The course will develop a mastery of a body of theory and research findings about organizations and the people within organizations. Pre-requisite: Business Administration majors must complete all Pre-Major courses with a "C" or better. Fall, Spring.
